The first stage of project managing your move to Jupix will be to implement a Trail Blazer, to ensure your agency is ready to use our lettings and estate agency software. The session is designed to help us gain a better understanding of how your agency operates in order to configure Jupix to best meet your requirements.

Our Trail Blazer is designed to ensure that agents can be up-and-running with Jupix as soon as possible. Our Project Coordination team will not only use the session to gain a clear understanding of the set-up of your agency; they will also be on hand to assist in the set up and preparation of Jupix prior to your team undertaking their training.

We will go through a number of steps, including:

  • Gaining a full understanding your agency set up

  • Collating agency information including website hosting arrangements, property brochures and window cards

  • Setting match areas

  • Inputting standard agency letters

  • Setting up your computer specifications

  • Creating, configuring and implementing your account

  • Agreeing system-wide branding within Jupix

  • Scheduling the dates for training and Data Migration (if required)

Finally, to conclude your Trail Blazer, we will guide you through your Document Editor, showing you how to create standard letter templates on the system.
