Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” is one of the most recognised and beloved stories of the holiday season and has become as much a part of Christmas as Santa Claus himself! Our story starts with Scrooge, fed up of his current software, Scrooge had become a very grumpy agent indeed, he couldn’t connect his agency branches, struggled to access his software when he needed it most and found his clients were demanding more from him, like 24 hour services.
